Meet Jones 🐂

Born in 2022, Jones is our Mini Highland bull and the undeniable head honcho of the farm. He may be a shorty at just 39" tall, but don’t let his size fool you… this guy is all bull.

With a big personality packed into a compact frame, Jones is sassy, confident, and fully aware that he runs the show around here. He’s chondro positive and currently the sire to all of our calves, making him the foundation of our mini Highland program.

Small but mighty, bold but charming, Jones brings the attitude, the looks, and the legacy. He’s proof that great things truly do come in small packages.

Meet Pepper 🖤🤍

Pepper is our midsize British White beauty and a huge part of building the HighPark look we’re working toward. She brings that classic contrast and structure that blends perfectly into our program.

She gave us our smallest calf yet, Gingersnap, who was chondro positive and an itty-bitty 19" tall at birth. A tiny powerhouse moment that we’ll never forget.

Pepper consistently adds uniqueness, charm, and refinement to our herd. She’s proof that size doesn’t limit impact and that intentional breeding creates truly special results. 

2026 calf expected Feb 1st

Pattie is our White Park momma with the sweetest soul and the strongest mothering instincts. She’s already blessed us with two absolutely gorgeous calves and is bred to calve again this March, and we couldn’t be more excited.

She’s a true yeller — always the first to let you know when it’s feeding time or when something needs attention. Protective, attentive, and full of personality, Pattie takes her job as a mom very seriously.

She’s the kind of cow that makes farming feel extra special: nurturing, vocal, and deeply devoted to her babies. Pattie is everything you want in a mama cow and then some.

Olive is our Dexter cow and the heart behind so much of what we’ve built here. She was our very first heifer, making her extra special to our farm story.

She’s a mini midsize girl, standing at 43" tall, and has gifted us three incredible bulls born right here on our land. While she’s more of our beef-style breeder, she is an absolute gem in every sense of the word.

Steady, strong, and dependable, Olive embodies what a true foundation cow should be. She carries a quiet grace, a nurturing spirit, and a legacy that runs deep through our herd. Olive isn’t just part of the farm… she helped shape it.

Meet Sugar 🤍

Sugar is our mini/mid White Galloway and truly one of a kind. She’s bred for a Spring ’26 baby, and we already know it’s going to be something extra special.

With her soft beauty and shy, gentle demeanor, Sugar has a quiet elegance about her that makes her stand out without even trying. She’s the prettiest little thing and, no secret here… she’s Andes’ favorite.

Meet Butterscotch 🧡🐄

Butterscotch is our fluffy Red Galloway girl with the warmest coloring and the softest presence. She’s bred for a late spring HighPark calf, and we’re counting down the days to see what magic she brings to the pasture.

She adds such beautiful color and fluff to our herd, and we can’t wait to meet her baby

Meet Tonya 🤍🐄

Tonya is our beautiful White Galloway and a larger midsize girl with such a strong, graceful presence. She’s bred for a HighPark calf in Spring ’26, and we’re so excited to see what she brings to the pasture.

She holds a special place here because she’s Cody’s favorite, and it’s easy to see why. Stunning, steady, and full of promise, Tonya is going to make an incredible HighPark mama.

Meet Penelope ✨🐄

Penelope is our younger HighPark heifer and easily one of the sassiest, most strikingly colored girls in the bunch. So fluffy and full of personality, she’s impossible not to notice.

She still has a couple more months with her heifer pen mates before she graduates to the big league pasture, where she’ll be bred for an early ’27 baby. Big color, big fluff, and even bigger attitude… Penelope is one to watch.
